How to Roll Over Activities in ACT |
Each type of Activity may be set to automatically roll over each day. These setting can be found in the ACT! Preferences. Use the following steps: - Launch ACT!
- Click the Tools menu, and then click Preferences. The Preferences dialog box appears.

- Under the Calendar & Scheduling tab, click the Scheduling Preferences button. The Scheduling Preferences dialog box appears.

- Click the type of activity you would like to automatically roll over, from the Activity type settings box, and then enable the Automatically roll over to today option (as illustrated above).
- Repeat this for all types of activities you would like to automatically roll over.
- When completed, click OK to close the Scheduling Preferences dialog box.
- Click OK to close the Preferences dialog box.
Note: You must close, and then reopen your database to roll-over activities.
