- Proof of purchase/usage required. This should be a paper/electronic copy of an invoice from existing supplier in relation to software purchase or support contract. If this can not be supplied then as a last resort a customer can provide a screen shot of their existing software in use
- A screen shot will only be accepted where the customers business name is present in the 'About' or 'Help' section of the software. This should display who the software is licensed to and who the vendor is
- If a customer has registered their current software under their own or someone elses personal name then they do not qualify for the offer. This is to avoid potential abuse of screenshots which can be copied from the web.
- Competitor trade-in only applies to software products.
