Glamorgan Cricket Club have been using ACT! for a couple of years and due to changes had lost their direction with the system. Glamorgan Cricket use the system to promote the public and corporate sales for their fantastic refurnished Swalec Stadium at Sophia Gardens in Cardiff. This year the stadium is to host a Test match in the Ashes Series.

Cameno were approached to look at the system and how Clamorgan Cricket were using the software and with a view to reviewing procedures and improving staff knowledge of the system. This was done in a Design and Build session with fresh training for the sales team.

The outcome was a more defined system with new procedures and a Sales team using the software to its full.
