• Business Development Manager. Marc Dowling has a history of ACT! going back 11 years as a user on the system, a support consultant and trainer. He is therefore now well experienced and able to help you decide the best solution for your company. Marc had a break from ACT! and did a Sales and Account Managment apprentiship at Konica Minolta bringing back a whealth of customer service experience and sales knowledge.
• Customer Service Manager. Rob Devine has been with Cameno for over 5 years. He has many years of experience in the IT Industry in customer management, technical support and Helpdesk team management roles.
• Consultants. Each of Cameno’s consultants and trainer has a minimum of ten years experience consulting and training on ACT and other Sage Accounts/Contact management systems.
